Yahoo listing or Link-Exchange ??

Is it better to get listed in Yahoo directories or to get link-exchange (either one way or reciprocal) while yahoo listing having PR6 while other backlinking can have PR6 or PR7 so which one is better to invest ???

I submitted to the yahoo directory about 4 months ago and it diddnt help me in the yahoo search results. I did the yahoo directory submit for google. google recommends you submit your site to yahoo direcory an dmoz directory
Google sees the sites in those directories as being more important then sites not in the the two directories
i would submit to the yahoo directory if i was you . With my site being in the yahoo directory i get several emails from webmasters that own websites with high pr wanting to exchange links just for the simple fact im in the yahoo directory

well thanks for ur suggestions and comments...

i prefer to submit to Yahoo,personally i do think so too because yahoo submition will be in the whole Yahoo network and will be good enough from different perspectives...
