how can i get a ypn account?
i applied i never herd back
been months

It took me four months and what i get -a nice rejection.
either you will get same or will get a welcome letter.

There is an option for you
You could buy an account in the "black market" for about $500, but must tell you that it is against yahoo TOS.

Same story here but with a reason

you have to be in US
