Overture and Adwords audience

some people told me that there are diffrent kinds of audience viewing Adwords and Overture, do you have any idea as to what kind of audience are they??

I don't know what "type" of particular audience either would have. I would guess they're both the same, people searching for something.
I do know that Overture does far better for our site than Google does. We actually start losing traffic when we just have Google PPC active. Then when we switch back to Overture we get a huge jump in traffic and paying customers. Google is great if your site ranks high in the free listings but Overture is the best PPC for getting paying customers.

There is a pretty big difference in where the ads are seen and not who is viewing them. Most of Overture's ads are displayed on news sites, SEs, highly trafficed and targeted sites. So the traffic may be more qualified.
