The way to transfer out is just to pull your domain from another registrar. Make sure the transfer lock is off and your contact email address is valid.

If it's a .biz, .us, .info or whatever else needs an authorization code you have to cancel the domain from your Yahoo control panel. After about four hours you either call or email support and tell them to release your domain. Once they release the domain, Melbourne IT is in charge of the domain. Within 24 hours of them releasing your domain to Melbourne IT you will get an email from them with a registrar number. Then you email Melbourne IT with your domain names and tell them you want the authorization key for your domains. They should respond within 48 hours, if they don't email them again.

The process can take anywhere from 5 days to about 2 weeks to complete.

hope it helps -- This message may have been cut off and the rest will only be shown to members. To become a member, click here --
