incorrect title and description

hi folks, my firm's website is placed at 10th spot at yahoo but the Title and Description is not right. The information has never been part of our website and is not part of our meta description. Is there any way to change their Title and Description for Yahoo?
We did pay both Yahoo and Google to be listed. Is that the reason why our Title and Description are incorrect?

Google doesn't charge anything to be 'listed'. If you're talking about the Google Adwords program or the Yahoo! Search Marketing program, then you're responsible for those Pay Per Click ads and you have the right and power to change them.
If your Yahoo! Directory listing is not correct then you need to put in a change request to get that changed. You can look back at the email you received when you paid for your Yahoo! Directory listing or go here.

We paid them about a year back for inclusion. Also I have no idea what exactly we paid for because we had a SEO service that did everything. I have no idea what email the service used to register us with either. I will try the change form with my email and see if there is anymore information on the contract.

There is no way you paid Google for submission. If you paid an SEO company to submit your site to Google, they made a nice tidy profit as Google submissions are totally free.
