yahoo no 1 in crawling

Yahoo claims that it has crawled more pages than any other engines even more than google.
For example, a search for 'RFID technology' shows 15 million pages in Yahoo as against 9.6 million SERP in Google. Or try the "seo techniques" which has about 5.6 million pages as against 710,000 pages in Google.
Google has an option enabled by cookies which lets you select the number of search results per page upto a maximum of 100. Yahoo too can add something like this so that we don't have to wade through many pages.

Anyhow, I have seen a new search robot under this name 'YahooSeeker-Testing/v3.9' along with the regular Slurp. Any info on the new spider?

what i have noticed is that all my my sites have higher saturation in Yahoo than they do in Google.
For instance, I have a relatively new site, about 6 months old. This site has about 20 pages. only 2 of those pages are indexed in Google.Yahoo has 18 pages more than Google in that one site alone.

What amazes me with the new Yahoo stats is that apparently Yahoo "hand reviews" all websites in the index. This is supposedly their competitive advantage over Google.
It's impossible to physically view that many sites.
It's my opinion that a high percentage of googles 8 billion pages are spammy scraper pages.
How then is Yahoo able to get 19 billion high quality, hand written, hand reviewed pages into their index?

If they review the stuff manually, then I would guess they look at one page per domain and write the whole domain off if it is suspect.
This implies that a site with a million spammy pages only needs one page to be reviewed before being dumped.
