change in content affecting rankings!!

hi folks

I am working on a site from last 4-5 months and i have used black hat techniques as well as link popularity and i have got results also in some good keywords now i am in top 10 in 4-5 keyword in yahoo as well as in msn now what i want to ask you guys is that my content was not original ,now i want to change my content but will it affect my rankings.

i think the content change does have a little bit bearing on the rankings. my advise will be to use this on small content and see if anything happens and take it from there.

what about changing of content, i mean how to go about it, should i go for wholesale changes or make changes gradually.

Follow these simple rules try not change the Key Word Density, avoid altering the content, don't use many new words, if you really want to change something do it but see to it that the format is not changed.
