Need Yahoo Help

I have a nine page website. It ranks well for its keywords and was getting there with Yahoo as well. My home page has not been crawled by Yahoo since 2/11/08 but what is more disturbing is that I was towards the top of page 3 for a while and then a couple of days ago I wound up on page 20 and I'm sticking there. I'm only white hat. I have 2 questions
1-what could have caused this?
2-Can I do anything to get Yahoo to crawl me?

I have submitted 2 feeds to yahoo a sitemap.xml and a urllist.txt file

Please help!
