better ad fetching on Yahoo Publisher Network

i would like to know some concepts on how to get better ads for my website. I am having a website on dog classifieds, and i am not getting relevant advertisements.

Someone please help as this website has lot of visitors, but am making very less money.

YPN is good in some categories and not having many ads in some not very common categories. Some people even use arbitrage with Google Adsense and YPN.
