yahoo publisher network for other countries

hi everyone.

am not sure what is happening with yahoo publisher network at the moment but am highly intrested in trying their ads on my website.

Am still waiting to see them accepting people outside US.

anyone has any idea about when they should be starting ??

in my view, they will allow ppl from other countries in end of december or may be in start on new year.
