i have seen their advertisement on lot of places on web. i think its due to the reason that hostgator gives lot of commission to affiliates.

i would like to hear some honest reviews from members here. Also, i would like to hear how much time you have hosted with them and how many times there was server issues.

there services are really good at the price they are charging. i have used 3 accounts at hostgator for more than 1 year and have had no issues.

there were two times downtime for 10 minutes.

i think Hostgator is the best service at those prices.

In hosting, there are a few important things

1. Support
2. Uptime
3. Speed
4. Price

So, it is upto you to decide which is more important factor for you, and you can go in for host of your choice.

for shared hosting they are providing best services at an affordable cost.

You can host unlimited websites and their servers are having very advanced hardware.

There was no downtime for past 6 months for few websites i hosted with them.

There were some issues i had for 3 times with some site features and the emails were replied within 6 hours.

i personally recommend hostgator. i have hosted 10 websites with them and the services are really good.

The bandwidth is enough for small websites and i think even bigger sites can be hosted well.
