Host Color Adds Social Tools To Web Hosting Plans

The company enables its customers to use two social tools, viz. Wiki software and social networking CMS and announces special Thanksgiving discount.

Host Color, a web hosting provider announced today that it added new software applications to web hosting plans, viz Wiki software and social networking CMS.

The Wiki tool is based on the MediaWiki application, which allows site owners to develop and manage online libraries or encyclopedia websites. It uses PHP to process and display information stored in MySQL database. The other social tool is Pligg content management system, which enables web entrepreneurs to create any kind of online bookmarking site, reference guides and knowledge-sharing web communities. The Company states that both applications have been added to four of its shared hosting plans and to its PowerTools package.
