Peak 10, a Southeast based data center operator and managed services provider, yesterday announced that it will hold a free educational seminar on virtual computing with software provider VMware.
The seminar will discuss how to utilize virtualization solutions to reduce IT costs, mitigate risk and more quickly respond to an organization's changing business needs. It will be held on Thursday, March 9, 2006 at the Kentucky Derby Museum in Louisville from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
The program includes lunch and presentations from Steve Staten of Peak 10 and Aaron Frazier of VMware, an EMC company and a provider of virtual infrastructure software. They will discuss how companies can deploy virtualization software solutions to simplify an organization's IT, fully leverage their existing computing investments, respond faster to change and improve business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
