The Texas-based Archon Group sells the Class B flex buildings for $62.5 million to Digital Realty Trust.
Loudoun Exchange, a datacenter provider, on Wednesday announced that a data center complex in Ashburn comprising three single-story buildings totaling 432,000 square feet, was sold recently to San Francisco-based Digital Realty Trust, a datacenters company.
Texas-based Archon Group sold the Class B flex buildings for $62.5 million to Digital Realty Trust, which announced the acquisition March 30. The buildings-43831, 43881 and 43791 Devin Safron Drive-were delivered in 2001 and are 40% leased, says the company.
