The IceStorm Network, a web hosting Internet solutions provider, announced today that it has revamped its entire support department to now include true 24-hour phone, helpdesk, and direct Soholaunch technical support.
"We consider this our biggest improvement yet in the history of our company. We can now confidently say that we provide true quality technical support over the phone and helpdesk 24-hours a day. We accomplished this by expanding our existing admin staff and outsourcing to US-based companies that specialize in cPanel support. Furthermore, clients that have specific problems with our Soholaunch Site Builder can now receive responses directly from Soholaunch programmers themselves through our helpdesk.
