Pacific Internet Limited, an Internet communications service provider, today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Pacific Internet (Hong Kong) Limited, has launched a data centre service in China.
The service is specifically tailored to serve Hong Kong enterprises with cross-border communications needs across the Chinese mainland, Hong Kong and the Asia Pacific region. Pacific Internet's China data centre service currently covers 10 POPs including Shenzhen, Beijing, Shanghai and other cities in the Pearl River Delta.
Pacific Internet also offers an Intelligent Domain Name Service (DNS) service, which ensures that customer's websites hosted in Pacific Internet are visited via the path judged by the visitors' locations and the traffic situations to the server.
