The Planet-EV1Servers, the web hosting provider, yesterday announced the availability of private racks in its Dallas data centers. Previously available only in Houston, the company now delivers the private rack solution in both cities.

Also, with the purchase of four servers on a private rack, customers will receive an additional server free of charge, for a limited period. With dedicated firewalls, load balancing and the fully redundant rack environment, customers gain a framework for growth without using bandwidth allocations, claims the company.
