Easy CGI, a web hosting providers, today announced that it has implemented Barracuda Spam Firewall servers to protect its customers from spam and viruses.

The Barracuda Spam Firewall is a hardware and software solution that protects email services for shared hosting plan Easy CGI offers. It provides protection against email-borne threats that can cripple an unprotected network. Barracuda Networks proprietary ten-layer defense system offers anti-spam methods in the industry and also offers anti-virus, anti-spoofing, anti-phishing and anti-spyware protection, says the company.
