STRATO Introduces Data Backup Tools

BackupManager enables the customer to backup data from the PC hard drive while BackupControl takes backup copies of the customer's web space.


STRATO, a web hosting provider, today announced that it has launched its new data backup solutions - BackupManager and BackupControl.

According to the company, the solutions offers all STRATO customers solution for continuous data backup of their PC hard drive and web space content at no extra cost.

BackupManager enables the customer to backup data from the PC hard drive while BackupControl works in the background to take backup copies of the customers web space at regular intervals. Users are able to take backups of their data with up to ten different copies.

BackupManager and BackupControl are available to customers with all the web hosting packages. To access the solution customers need to log onto their web hosting package, follow the instructions and set up a backup.
