CirtexHosting Upgrades Hosting Services

The new tools have been deployed to all CirtexHosting servers, and are available at no additional charge.

CirtexHosting, a provider of shared and reseller web hosting services, today announced that it has upgraded tools for developers and has added capabilities for its servers to record, convert and stream digital audio and video.

The company says that they are now offering both PHP4 and PHP5, and IonCube Loader and Zend Optimizer II. The XML support and SQL related tools, including SQLite and MySQLi.

FFMPEG and FFMPEG-PHP, each Linux-based software packages that allow for the manipulation and streaming of digital video, have also been added. CirtexHosting shared web hosting starts at $2.50/monthly and includes a swath of developer tools, including Perl, CGI, Curl, GD2 & NetPBM and ImageMagick.
