Quality Technology Acquires Globix Hosting

Quality Technology Services, a data center facilities providers, yesterday announced that it has completed the acquisition of Globix Hosting, LLC.

The purchase agreement was announced on October 3, 2006 and the acquisition was completed November 1, 2006. QualityTech operates nine data center facilities totaling 1.5 million sq ft in Georgia, Kansas, Indiana, New Jersey and California. The combined organization boasts 210 employees, 1,500 customers and $86 million in revenue, says the company.
