AIT, an ICANN accredited registrar and a provider of web hosting services, on Wednesday announced that it has developed a Biometrics Access Control System using an automated method of recognizing a person based on a physiological or behavioral characteristic.
It features fingerprints, retinal and iris scanning, hand and fingerprint geometry, voice patterns and facial recognition. Biometrics access control can be used to facilitate 100% accountability and 100% security. The system also offers central monitoring, surveillance and accountability options.
Biometrics also provides labor in and out of time with the attendance systems. Time attendance and access control can be both monitored and controlled through a central location.
