Hostopia, a provider of web hosting services, today announced the launch of a website design service to be marketed under a Hostopia division, Website Experts.

Website Experts will sell the services to end-users via Hostopia's network of service provider customers. The division designs and delivers, application websites for small to medium sized businesses combining template designs, custom development, database applications and Flash. Website Experts will enable telecommunication companies, ISPs, and other hosting service providers meet the demand of small businesses for websites, says the company.
