Register.com, Inc., an ICANN accredited domain registrar, yesterday announced a free advanced domain search tool.
According to the company, the advanced search tool asks questions around categories such as product, place and intention, and then turns the keywords into available domain name suggestions with combinations, synonyms and hyphens.
"Before you can get found in the search engines, you need a domainname," said Monica Hodges, Register.com's General Manager of Retail.
