Schipul Acquires Assets of Aim Managed Hosting

The company will transition the customers of Aim Managed Hosting with an emphasis on security, stability and personalized customer service.


Schipul, a provider of web marketing solutions, today announced that it has acquired the assets of Aim Managed Hosting, a Houston-based managed hosting solutions provider.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Mr. Chong has accepted a position on the Management team at BMS Solutions as manager, Professional Services. The company will transition the customers of Aim Managed Hosting with an emphasis on security, stability and personalized customer service, says the company.
