Appoints two new members of the executive leadership team at the positions of CFO and General Counsel respectively.


The Planet and EV1Servers, a newly merged webhosting center, today announced the selection of two new members of the executive leadership team.

Kevin Klausmeyer was named Chief Financial Officer while Joseph Horzepa joins the company as General Counsel. With more than 25 years of proven success in finance and accounting leadership from start-ups to Fortune 1000 companies, Klausmeyer joins the company from RLX Technologies, Inc. where he served as CFO. Whereas Joseph brings experience in financings, capital markets transactions, M&A, technology licensing, corporate governance and employment matters. Additionally, the company announced that it is restructuring its product-level customer service to focus on enhancing each business division, says the company.
