Register.it to Acquire Nominalia

Deal is worth €5.2million; acquisition fully in line with Dada Group's growth strategy.


Register.it S.p.A., a Europe based, Dada's subsidiary and an ICANN accredited domain registrar and hosting services firm, has today formalised an agreement for the acquisition of the Spanish company Nominalia S.L.

Nominalia, an ICANN accredited domain registrar and a provider of web hosting services is based in Barcelona. The acquisition of Nominalia is fully in line with Dada Group's growth strategy, which indicates both strengthening of the domains and hosting activities and the acceleration of the international leadership in its core businesses, says the company.

Additionally, the acquisition will be performed by Register.it through the purchasing of 100% of the share capital of Nominalia for a total consideration of Euro 5.2 million to be executed in three different installments.
