Aplus.Net, an Internet solutions provider, yesterday announced the addition of two site map tools to its Control Panel. It has made the site map and Google site map available to its web hosting customers at no extra charge.

The site map is a navigation tool meant to show visitors the scope of a website, thereby making information more easily accessible to the user. The Google site map is an XML-based document that helps Google index websites. Aplus.Net asserts that a powerful Google site map improves the Google ranking and positioning of a website. The new tool by Aplus.Net allows website owners with no HTML knowledge to create robust Google site maps. In addition to that a second tool offered by Aplus.Net will create standard site maps for convenience to the web site visitor.
