EIRCA Ltd, the H-Sphere cluster hosting specialists, today announced that the company has expanded their Geographically Clustered Services core feature to a third datacenter in Washington D.C.
It articulates that the move comes as a result of the recent announcement of an exclusive agreement with Softlayer Technologies, which saw the two companies form a long-term mutually beneficial partnership. The third datacenter is located just 7 miles from Dulles International Airport in a facility designed to full Tier IV standards. It features multiple redundant power connections in addition to the three 2-megawatt generators and eight, fully redundant, 750 kVA UPS systems, declares the company.
