website not appearing??

My web site appeared on my home PC but is does not at my work's PC the day after? What could be the problem and how to fix it?

It may be because of 'DNS' propagation. Domain names can take up to a day to begin functioning sometimes.
Clearing DNS cache might help start, run, type: cmd, OR ipconfig /flushdns OR try reloading the site.
