complete file access?

Hello everyone,
I am looking for a webhost which will allow complete access to every file and email file which we can archive. Is there any reliable shared hosting company that provides this? I would appreciate any help.

I would imagine all hosts giving their customers "full access" to their email, you can even create email accounts and limit them as needed. Just search for them in our offer section.
