File Storing and File Sharing

Hi guys,

I need a Webhost that allows File Storing and File Sharing.

I don't need E-Mail of ANY Kind, ANY Databases, Control Panel, and Web Stats but I do need Lots of Storage, High Bandwidth, PHP Scripting, FTP Access, File Storing ALLOWED in the TOS, and SSH.

Any recommendations plz!
