I am predicting lots of IPB-centered blogs, galleries and forums. I'd like 20GB of storage, 100GB monthly transfer, PHP, Perl, CGI access, FTP accounts, admin panel, and subdomains etc. My site will be a long-term multi-purpose web presence. My budget is about $20/mo. Plz suggest some companies. I would greatly appreciate it!
