reliable host for new web project...

Hello guys,
I need a reliable host for a new web project which will be database intensive. I would like the option to be able to migrate to a more intensive plan/managed hosting for under $50 a month initially. Basic requirements include at least 2 domains, PHP + mySQL, 50 GB of bandwidth, 25GB disk space. Any suggestions please?
