downloading and uploading??

Hello there,
I want to setup my own web server at home, so plz suggest where to get a type of connection which web hosting companies use? I am looking for 25mb download and 25mb upload and this would have to be done via a normal house phone DSL connection, does this make it impossible? Any advice you can offer!
