Need advice for video website.....

Hello everyone,
I want to make a website which allow registered users to download some videos. The payment will be on half-yearly or yearly circle. There could be probably 50 users which can download about 100 mg material per day so a total of 1.5 gb per day. So, please suggest some tips regarding a website script that has password login and pay pal integration and some host suggestion allowing video download and great have bandwidth offers.

I believe any php/mysql driven hosts will solve the purpose. Video sharing sites such as Youtube clone scripts require ffmpeg as part of the hosting package. Also, there are many download/file manager scripts that enable password for users.
