Default sending emails to another server?

Hi there,
One of my customer is having all the emails sent to another server, I have set up the MX records to point to their server, but when a form mail or any other email that comes from my server gets sent it does not go to their email address, it goes straight to my servers mail cue and goes in my servers inbox. Does any body have any ideas or suggestions of what is the cause and the fix?
Thanks. -- This message may have been cut off and the rest will only be shown to members. To become a member, click here --

In case, you use Cpanel, using the Edit DNS zone and changing the MX entry, Cpanel does not function as desired. So, go to Edit MX entry and enter the new server that handles the email. This will change the DNS Zone itself and remove the domain from /etc/localdomains and add it to /etc/remotedomains. Also domain is to be listed in /etc/remotedomains so that does not go back to localdomains after a Cpanel update. -- This message may have been cut off and the rest will only be shown to members.
