Midphase.com-no access?

hi all, For couple of days I have been unable to access my own site hosted at MidPhase.com. also, unable to access MidPhase's own home page, their customer service site and have had slow to a crawl response from ftp and email services.
I called MidPhase too but so far things have yet to be resolved.

It all depends on where exactly the routing issue is, they may not be able to do much. If the routing issue is as the connetion enters the datacenter the host should be able to do something. midphase will have to contact the datacenter they use and convince the DC there is a problem, from there the DC can contact cogent to try and get them to fix whatever is misconfigured or messed up.
