need reliable web host provider

i'm creating a website that will have several videos on it, available to the public. I think i need roughly 3-10 gb disk space, and atleast 40-60 gb bandwidth. i can't afford anything too expensive, so i guess under 10 bucks is my budget, and it needs to support php, mysql, and all that basic junk. i just need somebody that is reliable and cheap, i know there's that "get what you pay for" but there has to be a few exceptions .

Why don't you try with some Google Adsense in order of get some money from your site?
That may allow you to get more money for your hosting expenses.
