web hosting cost querry

hi all

I recently designed a website that basically is just an information site about a vacation rental house, its just a couple pages with a bunch of thumbnail images that expand to larger ones. Put together all the images and html files only add up to around 20 mb. Through GoDaddy, their economy service will host our site for $2.99 a month, but even in this cheapest service they support upp to 5000 mb sites. It is price worth paying or do u have some better suggestion?

hey, I would recommend doing a search function on the board and read some reviews. That is your best bet so you can see the good the bad and the ugly and make a smart informed decision.

If all you want is to find the cheapest package that fits your needs, the task is easy to accomplish. You can always use directories with good search features. If you care about quality, things get complicated, and you definitely should do a thorough research on any company you're considering. Things can look wonderful on the screen, but what you get can be quite different.
