Intermedia.NET, a provider of hosted Microsoft Exchange and web hosting, today announced an expanded management team to further accelerate its rise in the hosting industry.
Serguei Sofinski has been named CEO of the company, with overall control of products and strategy for the company. As COO for Intermedia.NET, he managed operations through the 1990s, successfully weathering the technology industry downturn and resuming the company's rapid growth to become a leader in Microsoft Exchange hosting and a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner.
While, former President and CEO Michael Choupak will continue as President of the company working on day-to-day strategy, and will also remain as Chairman of the overall organization. Intermedia.NET has also appointed Robert E. Leibholz as Vice President, Sales and Business Development, previously with the musical copyrights management agency HFA, where he served as Senior Director, Client Relations.
