MaximumASP, a provider of Windows-based web hosting, today announced that it has acquired an additional 2,500 square feet of data center space in the Peak10 Louisville data center facility.
An additional benefit to the new data center approach is the modularity of the design. The modular approach allows MaximumASP to bring sections of data center online in 2,500 square foot blocks, providing a total capacity on the first of two floors approaching 22,000 square feet. Each section can be built out and made ready in 90 day windows, allowing for rapid capacity increases as customer needs grow, claims the company.
MaximumASP also says that the data center provides multiple high speed Internet connections through fully redundant OC-12 connections supplied by Qwest and ATT. Utilization of these providers gives customers the best local and international network paths allowing Maximum ASP to utilize the optimal routes for Internet traffic.
