comments about lypha hosting

Has anyone used or looked into Lypha hosting?
i.e. www.lypha.com
Plans starting at 1 TB storage (upto2 TB) for 6.95/mo with 2yr commitment.

Search Web Hosting Talk and you will get your answer. there's a lawsuit going on apparently with their payment system. i and my friend cycle do not like Lypha. negative points:

i was with them for almost four months and my experience with them was not particularly impressive. I got substantial timeouts and downtime. On three separate occasions they oversold and filled the shared server I was on. Their responses were very slow as well.

They are a inexpensive alternative but believe me i am regretting my time spent with them.
