best approach for building new site

hi friends
I have an idea for a website that would actually make money over time with quality content and quality subscribers. I want this site to be professional and scaleable even though it’s going to take time to build quality subscribers & content. While I would be looking to keep costs down as a small entrepreneurial startup, quality, reliability and scalability would be my primary concerns and cost secondary. While I know how to use them a little, I am not that familiar with web building applications. So, I am looking for is a web host that provides a simple building app for the main site, and one that can also host a vbulletin forum board as well. It's my idea.

I think most hosts will offer an online site builder. Search thoroughly a few hosts websites. Many even come free with a hosting plan.

Initial Setup
Monthly Costs for 1st 6 months
Monthly Cost for 2nd 6 months
Monthly Cost for second year and so on....

You should be looking at a host that has a basic sitebuilder, cpanel does have a basic editor but perhaps you are looking for something more.Most hosts should be able to host the vbulletin forum.
In terms of costs at first you are probably looking at very small figure, could be under $10 per month, but remember you get what you pay for, so it might be worth paying a little more and hopefully getting more quality.
