am not sure why this trouble is there with my account that whenever i want to post a reply or start a thread in buy and sell, i cant do so

members who are new to forums are not allowed on certain areas.

its a good thing to not allow everyone on buy and sell forums

we may raise the limit to 50 posts for making threads in buy and sell, but wont decrease it.
