cheap and best reseller?

Hi all of you,
I am starting up a web host company and would like to start cheap i.e. from $5-$10/month, about 5-20GB and a lot of bandwidth. Any one have any good ideas? Please reply.

Your budget seems to be low and expectations bit high. Anyway, go with a host that allows overselling. Go with someone with reasonably priced packages, and as you sign up customers, turn a profit.
