reseller package or else......??

I am planning to move a reseller package account I have now with about 20 accounts to another host. I want to have hosting for my accounts and I need to make sure that if the day comes that i need to migrate that I can do it fast and quick and without disruption and also without the companies intervention.

I understand Cpanel has ways to migrate other people have said use rsync. I want the best for the future. Please reply. Any suggestion would really help!
