which one to choose?

Hello folks,
I want to know the difference between Reseller and VPS? As, I seek a hosting where I can take several sites. I will have 4 or 5 Web sites. On these Web sites I will have to the maximum 100 users online at the same time. At the web site I will have: portal script, forum, gallery, polls etc. So may I need Reseller or VPS?

If you find a company that can upgrade with you, start off on the reseller and then move over.
