what to look for?

Hi all,
I am looking for hosting provider with a super fast connection, and who allows ssh on WHM shared sub-accounts, etc. Please suggest from where I can get shared hosting with 50-100GB disk, 200-500+GB bandwidth, WHM/cPanel + SSH on sub-accounts, RAID or SAN disk setup, 4GB ram, SMP, FAST top tier connections and budget of $50-100/mo. I also need performance for PHP-based CMSs and databases. Any suggestions you can make?
