Default anti-virus scanning issue..

Hi folks,
I have 2 reseller acocunts from 2 diff. companies but whenever a client sends/receives message from their outlook, their respective antivirus scan my hosting source. Also, whenever the antivirus scanner scans the messages to be pop3-ed, the scans tells the source reverse.myresellerprovider1.com and then the other one says: servername.myresellerprovider2.com. Any advice regarding fixing this problem? or would I need to change provider?

Reseller providers normally use an unknown domain name for their servers so the reverse IPs and mailserver name don't lead directly back to them, but a Google search will usually provide the connection. So you can't hide your supplier from a client. -- This message may have been cut off and the rest will only be shown to members. To become a member, click here --
